Lisa Tran OD
Optometrist

Dr. Tran graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Human Biology. She then obtained her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Waterloo and received clinical ocular disease training in Kitchener, Ontario, and at Parkland Hospital Ophthalmology Clinic in Dallas, Texas. In addition, she traveled to Peru with VOSH International and to Mexico with I-Care International on volunteer mission trips to provide eye care to the underprivileged in rural areas.

  • Dry eye management
  • Prevention, management and treatment of ocular diseases

She also works closely with many Toronto area ophthalmologists to co-manage and provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients who have undergone cataract surgery, have glaucoma, or have been diagnosed with diseases of the cornea and retina.

Dr. Tran is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists, the Canadian Association of Optometrists, and the College of Optometrist of Ontario. Outside work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.
